By creating an account and using FamilyHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FamilyHQ is a family organization platform that provides shared calendars, grocery lists, meal planning, chore tracking, budget management, and AI-powered daily briefings. The service is offered on a subscription basis at $14.99/month after a 14-day free trial.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for any child accounts you create within your family.
FamilyHQ is offered on a monthly subscription basis. After your 14-day free trial, your account will be billed $14.99/month. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use FamilyHQ for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or to interfere with the proper operation of the service.
FamilyHQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FamilyHQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your family's data remains your property.
FamilyHQ is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamilyHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your Family Settings.
